 11. La Redoute Warranty Policy

11.1 La Redoute Guarantee is a service provided by La Redoute or a unit authorized by La Redoute to protect transactions. 15. Seller's Responsibilities

16. Charges

16.3 Payment of Fees

The payment fee is the fee charged by the La Redoute e-commerce trading floor for each successful order (does not apply to the cancellation of the entire order or the order that requires a return/refund). In all cases, it is the seller's responsibility to pay for the payment.

Payment fees will be deducted directly from each order when the sale is credited to the seller's La Redoute account balance when the seller makes a withdrawal.

16.4 Fixed Fees

17. Disputes
